Comfortably Casual yet Stylish

Fashion is about dressing according to what's fashionable. Style is more about being yourself.

We all find it difficult to choose an outfit that's comfortably casual yet totally stylish. Encompassing this everyday struggle, it's for you to know that the phenomenon of street style is here to stay.

But how can you leverage this street style and look sassy, trendy and casual - all at once? Don’t worry I am not going to advance you to infinity shopping. After all we aren't all Kim Kardashian, and we, for a fact, have to shop on a budget. So how can we be weekend ready without going broke!

Here are a few tips for you:
  •  Buy a pair of ripped jeans- your fashion statement can never go wrong with this- mix, match and experiment with it.
  • Fancy colors and look full of life this summer. Fringes, lacy or something in floral can never go wrong!
  • While buying tees and tops for yourself go for experimenting on sleeves- open, cold shoulders, puffs and over sized… but make sure the blouse be properly fitted.
  • If it's a day spree plan, trust on a pair of stylish statement flats, gladiator, open thongs, sneakers or sandals.
  • If it's an evening party plan, take your heels out and sway the world.
  • Always carry a satchel, tote bag or a clutch that's complementing to the dress color. Typical color coordinated accessories are a big No No!
  • Minimal jewelry- Sophisticated ear danglers, single studded rings and bands will give you a voguish yet clean look.
  • And of course a cool pair of shades will complete your impact.
Wear your smile and enchant the world with your poise...coz' that’s what we call as “icing on the cake”.

Fancying those thrills life happened and the boat became ‘she’ herself. Inside the boat there are people restful doing their piece of work. One pumps dreams, the other drives them. They fall, they strive, they fight and stand, yet the boat stays firmly dedicated betwixt all roughs and tumbles. Sounds of back stream hitting the shaft and ship whistles fading in the blue like dims of ice cream and school bells in the ears… How can she not miss her dockyard? She is sailing from ports to harbors but that’s not the destination – the place she’s come from. The flashbacks wind-up at her on how she got assembled with grains of love, struggles and mettle. Ships were made with hands back then; awa...

BREXIT AND ITS IMPACT ON HR IN ORGANIZATIONS

Brexit - The British Exit. June 23, 2016, referendum whereby the Brits voted to exit the European Union (EU). EU is a 28 member states, holding policies for easy movement of people, goods, services, and capital within the internal and multinational markets; for taking up trade and diverse ways for entitlement. This has led to sovereign issues as some EU leaders claim that aiding the refugees entering from other states is becoming a moral and national issue for their safety and security. The second most important factor amongst all rose as the difference between the lives of southern Europeans and Germans who enjoy 4.2% unemployment. While Europe as a whole is considered to have a stagnated economy, United Kingdom (UK) intended the proposal. So now when the UK has voted 51.9% for their withdrawal from the EU, let’s understand how hefty its upshots can be on the Human resources (HR) in organizations. Employment Laws: Neither the employer will change nor employees,...
