P.S. I Love You

Before you start to read this article, I want you to close your eyes and think about your first dream in life. Tough! Scrupled! Yeah right... In this fast paced World and ambiguous states of mind, the chastity of your conscience is lost somewhere. Ever wondered why small babies smile while sleeping! It’s not because angels come and make them laugh. It’s because their feelings are awake.
Do you know what’s that single thing which we do every day in-fact every time! We would say we talk, drink, eat, chat, etc, etc. But do we really wrap our minds around the fact that there’s one thing which we do every second and we don’t even realize it.
WE BREATHE!!
It’s ironic in today’s scenario though, coz’ we are just inhaling and exhaling. Our mind is so busy pondering about the diplomacies and politics around, that we don’t pay attention to the beautiful gift God has bestowed upon us- “Our Life”.
If now you can think of your first dream then smile... You’re little dreamer is still breathing inside. In nothing flat compare your first dream and present aspiration. Didn’t your heart buzz to your mind- “yeh kahaan aa gaye hum?” We see ourselves surrounded by stress, pollution, jams and noises and nobody but us can be blamed for it coz’ we have chosen our lives to be like this. Certainly we can’t quit our jobs and become saints, but we can glorify our souls and keep striving for achieving better. In the struggle of career and survival we have escaped our soul’s memory.
Thank the almighty for making you see every morning and start breathing. This life is too short to be faked.
BY- YOUR INNER VIOCE
P.S. I LOVE YOU

On Life's Vast Ocean We Sail

Ever noticed bubbles on fast moving stream or candle flickering in strong winds! That’s how our life has become amidst this fast paced world. Standing still watching ships sailing in high tide jogs my memory on how a little girl used to make paper boats and fake waves to test its survival. Fancying those thrills life happened and the boat became ‘she’ herself. Inside the boat there are people restful doing their piece of work. One pumps dreams, the other drives them. They fall, they strive, they fight and stand, yet the boat stays firmly dedicated betwixt all roughs and tumbles. Sounds of back stream hitting the shaft and ship whistles fading in the blue like dims of ice cream and school bells in the ears… How can she not miss her dockyard? She is sailing from ports to harbors but that’s not the destination – the place she’s come from. The flashbacks wind-up at her on how she got assembled with grains of love, struggles and mettle. Ships were made with hands back then; awa...

BREXIT AND ITS IMPACT ON HR IN ORGANIZATIONS

Brexit - The British Exit. June 23, 2016, referendum whereby the Brits voted to exit the European Union (EU). EU is a 28 member states, holding policies for easy movement of people, goods, services, and capital within the internal and multinational markets; for taking up trade and diverse ways for entitlement. This has led to sovereign issues as some EU leaders claim that aiding the refugees entering from other states is becoming a moral and national issue for their safety and security. The second most important factor amongst all rose as the difference between the lives of southern Europeans and Germans who enjoy 4.2% unemployment. While Europe as a whole is considered to have a stagnated economy, United Kingdom (UK) intended the proposal. So now when the UK has voted 51.9% for their withdrawal from the EU, let’s understand how hefty its upshots can be on the Human resources (HR) in organizations. Employment Laws: Neither the employer will change nor employees,...
